Reporting a problem with a tool
The tools run on your device, so we cannot see what happened. These details let us reproduce it:
- The page address of the tool.
- Your device and browser, for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows 11, Chrome”.
- What you expected and what you got, and the exact message if there was one.
- The file type and size. If you can share a sample file that fails, attach it; only send files you are comfortable sharing.
Other reasons to write
- Accessibility: something you cannot use with a keyboard, screen reader or zoom. See the accessibility statement.
- Privacy questions. See the privacy policy.
- A tool you would like to see, or an editable QR code you would pay for. Demand decides what gets built next.
